磁力反應(yīng)釜多半都設(shè)計(jì)成圓柱形，其徑/長比為0.66/1.0。磁力反應(yīng)釜的頂和底制成碟狀。頂蓋用凸緣狀 的法蘭固定，底則焊接在殼體上。磁力反應(yīng)釜頂蓋上設(shè)有若干個開口如人孔、攪拌桿及熱電偶等。磁力反應(yīng)釜的加熱方式有3種。第一，用煤、木材、燃油在底部直接加熱。第二，用電熱元件在外側(cè)加熱或用循環(huán)熱媒在夾套內(nèi)加熱。第三，浸入的盤管通熱油加熱。
